The login process for MICS is enhanced with strong security measures to ensure your personal credentials and your country’s data are fully protected. The process will differ slightly depending on the type of email account you have provided at registration.
Please read the instructions below and then click on ‘proceed to login’ when you are ready to continue.
A. UNICEF/ WHO employees
If you are registered in MICS with your UNICEF or WHO email, click on the UNICEF button on the next page. You will be redirected to your organization's sign-in page, where you will be able to access MICS directly with your UNICEF/WHO credentials (email and password).
B. Microsoft users
If you are registered in MICS with your Hotmail or Outlook account, or any business account created with Microsoft, click on the Microsoft Account button on the next page. You will be redirected to the Microsoft sign-in page where you will be able to access MICS with your Microsoft credentials (email and password).
C. GMAIL/ Google Mail users
If you are registered in MICS with your Gmail or Google Mail account, or any business email created with Google, click on the Google button on the next page. You will be redirected to the Google sign-in page where you will be able to access MICS with your Google credentials (email and password).
D. Other users
If you are registered in MICS with any other type of email (e.g. Yahoo):
The first time you access MICS, you will need to follow a verification process to create a new password. Please click on ‘Sign up now’ at the bottom of the Option D highlighted area on next page. You will be asked to enter your email address and will receive a verification code. Once you have verified the code, you will be asked to create a new password.
If you have already completed the verification process before, simply enter your email and MICS password on the next page under ‘Sign in with your existing account’
