The MICS Programme is pleased to announce the release of a new spatial data package for the Malawi MICS 2019-20 survey, in collaboration with the National Statistical Office (NSO) of Malawi.
The release of this data package is part of a larger effort to make survey data more accessible and usable for a wider range of stakeholders for better understanding geographic distribution of survey data. Researchers who are interested in accessing these data can now easily request it micsunicef.org (by emailing the MICS Team) and providing details about their research focus. Upon receipt of the request, the MICS Team will provide a "Conditions of Use" document that must be signed before
accessing the data. These conditions specify the terms of use for the data, including restrictions on sharing it, requirements for citing any results, and sharing publications with UNICEF and Malawi NSO.
